Meeting was held to inform exhibitors of changes and improvement made to the exhibition space and novelties for the 6th edition of the Trade Fair.
The Agrocana Organizing Committee met last Wednesday, June 18, with the event exhibitors. The meeting was held at the Copercana Auditorium to discuss the overall positioning of the Trade Fair, operation of services and improvements made to the exhibition space.
The events company further made information about exhibitors more accurated in regard to entry logistics, parking, general services and catering services of the Trade Fair.} The completion of the sewer system was also disclosed at the meeting; a project that has been implemented 100% this year. Additionally, in 2008 the Trade Fair will have a new and modern signage system.
Multiplus’ IT (Information Technology) manager, William Silva, discussed statistics regarding Fenasucro & Agrocana pre-registration. The events company database has over 25 thousand registered professionals.} Moreover, he detailed how to navigate through the exhibitor’s space on the Trade Fair’s website and how to invite clients to visit the event. He also discussed the progress the company has achieved in relation to the project to make information more accurated and expand their database of rural producers and mills and refineries located throughout Brazil.
Another novelty is the Agrocana Rally: a raffle in which Copercana coop and Orplana members that visit the Trade Fair may participate in - the grand prize is a brand new car. This promotion received a warm reception from the exhibitors. The objective is to improve the quality of the visitors who go to the event, so that people visiting stands are those truly targeted by exhibitors, thus increasing potential for business deals and establishing important commercial contacts. The event organizer also took the opportunity to listen to the suggestions exhibitors have to improve the event.
